We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return, in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@plumeandink.com with your order number and reason for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Items marked as final sale

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

  3. Contact your bank

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hello@plumeandink.com

SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
